Eaton Tripp Lite Series 2-Port DisplayPort to DisplayPort Splitter/Extender Kit over Cat6, MST Hub, 8K/4K 60 Hz, DP 1.4, Up to 230 ft. (70 m), TAA - Video/audio extender - over CAT 6 - up to 230 ft - TAA Compliant
The B156E-002-8K-K supports Ultra HD resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz per monitor with 12-bit Deep Color and 2-channel LPCM audio in extended desktop and mirror modes. In video wall mode, it supports expanded resolutions, including 7680 x 2160 at 60 Hz (2x1 vertical configuration) and 3840 x 4320 at 60 Hz (1x2 horizontal configuration). The B156E-002-8K-K is compliant with DisplayPort 1.4 standards and is backward compatible with previous versions. The B156E-002-8K-K supports HDR (High Dynamic Range), providing a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on your 4K display. HDCP 2.3 encryption allows you to stream 4K content with no complications. This extender kit also supports uncompressed 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor.
Power over Cable (PoC) technology powers the remote receivers over Cat6 cable. LEDs on both the transmitter and receivers will light up to indicate the system is receiving power and a signal is being transmitted. PoC lets you avoid the hassle of bulky power bricks and gives you the freedom to place the receivers away from an AC outlet. Just connect your source device to the splitter with a user-supplied DisplayPort cable up to 15 feet (4.6 meters). User-supplied Cat6 cables connect the splitter and the pigtail receivers, which connect directly to the monitors' DisplayPort input. No software or drivers are needed. Plug the splitter's external power supply into a compatible AC outlet. Four international plug adapters (North America, Europe, U.K., Australia) are also included. Rugged metal enclosure comes with detachable brackets for mounting on a level surface.
The B156E-002-8K-K is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.
